New Hiring Practices

and see how hiring process is changing in our times. Since my college days, my mind never believed what people say. When I started searching for a soulmate last year, this was a big question infront of me, how would I make out whether girl infront of me is saying truth or not. After all everything is considered to be mere luck as no one knows about future, how things turn out.

I, however always felt that we can ascertain our future if we know ourselves today. I might not know what things would be good for me in my partner, but I definitely know what traits of her would turn me down.

Secondly, and more specific to this post, how can I believe on a person who says she would be like this in future when she could not be like that in her present. I know time teaches us things still we need to have something within us to become something we say.

We need to believe in what we want to become, we need to have determination, patience and will power to patiently cover the journey. And we need to have a reason to reach that place.

The link for hiring practices just shows that mere words are not sufficient these days. If I say I can be a good leader, I need to prove it either in my past or my present. No one would take my word and wait for me to prove, specially in a corporate world.

I dont know if this analogy between corporate Head hunting and soul mate hunting exists or not, but I do find some similarities.

All the best.
